Hi! Welcome to journalingmeditation.com! I hope you find what you need to help support the amazing practice of meditation!

My Story

12 years ago, I experienced a life changing event. And I wasn’t ready for it. I found myself in a deep, dark place that seemed impossible to escape from.

Out of pure desperation, I tried yoga. And that’s when I discovered meditation.

Meditation gave me the clarity to see things from another perspective. It helped me step outside myself and become an observer.

But when things got good, I relaxed my practice and I’d go days without meditating, sometimes weeks. I could feel a difference, but still questioned why bother practicing at times.

Keeping a meditation journal created a purpose for the practice. A reason to continue, even through at times I just didn’t feel like meditating. Even if that purpose was just pure accountability.

But over time, another purpose showed its beautiful little face to me. I can go back and remind myself what I’ve been through, what I’ve learned and how I’ve grown. I can keep track of my meditation and make it an integral part of my self improving routine. It was no longer something I just did to do because I knew I should, but something I knew and could see was helping me.

Meditation Journaling Can Help

Whether you’ve just started meditating or have been practicing for a while, A meditation journal can help. Journaling in general is a tremendously helpful practice in and of itself. Coupling journaling with meditation can be a game changer. It was for me!

My Intentions

I can’t imagine where I’d be if I only had the capacity to handle my situation with the clarity meditation gave me. And imagine if I practiced meditation on a regular without negative external forces influencing me? I would be be ready and able to face anything. Maybe I can help others with that?

If you ever need a hand or have ay questions, feel free to leave them below and I will be more than happy to help you out.

All the best,

Scott Rossi
